During World War II, C.S. Lewis gave a series of talks on BBC radio. The first publication of the initial portion of these talks was titled Broadcast Talks. They later became part of Mere Christianity. As a hat tip to Lewis, this series begins during the COVID-19 outbreak. In the midst of the war, Lewis didn't talk about the war; he talked about Christianity. The focus of Podcast Talks is not to recreate what Lewis did, but to turn our gaze to the permanent when the fleeting would dominate our minds.
In each episode some portion of a great work of one of the saints will be read and commented on.
